This website is operated by Windoorland Ltd, registered in England and Wales (Company No. 15344580), Broadoak Farm, Moorbath, Bridport DT6 6HN. By using this website you agree to these terms. If you place an order with us, the quotation and order paperwork we provide form the contract for that work; these website terms do not replace them.

Estimates and quotations

Prices given from photos and rough sizes are ballpark estimates only. A final quotation is provided after we take exact measurements.
A deposit secures your slot in the workshop. Deposit amounts and payment terms are confirmed in your quotation.
Typical lead time is 6–8 weeks from final specification. Lead times are estimates and may vary with workload and material availability; larger projects are scoped upfront.

Products

Every window and door is made to measure to your agreed specification. Because our products are fully bespoke, the usual 14-day cancellation right for distance purchases does not apply to made-to-measure goods (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013), and orders cannot be cancelled or returned once manufacturing has begun, except as required by law. Timber is a natural material: variations in grain and colour are characteristic, not defects. Manufacturer warranties (such as the Accoya timber warranty) apply as described by the manufacturer.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods we supply must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described, and services must be carried out with reasonable care and skill. If something is wrong, contact us and we will put it right.
